The operator: joins the founder on the quest and does the jobs with them, from knowing the market to getting to pull. The product is the means.
The bench: fractional governance, talent, and investor readiness for companies landing and growing in Bermuda.
The assessor: the open Venture Validation Standard, and independent assessment against it. Never the operator.
